Note from the Editor: We here at Flyopia.com are big supporters of the EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation), and in particular we have concerns over the issue of domestic surveillance using UAV’s (unmanned aerial vehicles).  That is the issue raised by the EFF below in this syndicated article.  While we generally support UAV use for legal reasons, not enough information is being released regarding what limits there are, and what oversight there might be.  At the same time the FAA is clearing local law enforcement agencies to use these devices soon.
